Default my car was repossed last night "by accident" i paid audi friday, but

apparently they had already told the repoe guys to take my car, and they didnt get the money untill today (i'm guessing becasue of the national holiday) now audi tells me i have to pay them the repossession fee, but i'm argueing saying that if it was a mistake on their part to take my car, i shouldnt have to pay it, huge PITA

Default You have to be many payments out..

for a repo to occur. Yes, you ae liable for the fee. Don't argue just get your car befor there is dameage to it. that naturally will be your's to fix. It sucks... big time.

Next time you are that late.. make a wire payment so there is no time delay.

Default LOL!

You already defaulted on the loan. They were well within their right to take the car, regardless of when you submitted any payment. My guess is if you read the loan/lease paperwork, this would be spelled out pretty clearly, and if you got anybody from AFS on the phone, that's probably exactly what they would do...refer to the words in the contract you signed.

So spare us all the trouble of responding, and read the contract, pay the fees, and move along.

Default This is a harsh forum...just let him pay it and get his car back...thats enough punishment.

no need to flame the guy, I'm sure it is depressing having this happen.
