I am having the same problem with my timing belt in the UK and am currently trying to gather evidence so I can claim for a refund.
I have kindly been sent by some one on this forum a copy of the court order stating a hearing will take place in November 2008 and also the first page of a letter sent to all Audi owners BUT, I can't see the second page containing the options.
Would you know where I can get a copy of the whole letter?
