any AWers from Manhattan willing to help me diagnose suspension problem?
2001 A6. I suspect control arms or tie rod ends from what I have read. Suspension feels sloppy and is makes what I guess could be called a slight "creaking" sound. However, I would like the opinion of a more experienced ear before I make a judgement.

easiest method...
take off the wheel, and look at the bushings... if theyre torn, take a pry bar and pry the bushing youll here a clunk like cracking a knuckle its damaged...

sounds like control arms (and perhaps ball joints too)
the sloppy part is usually indicative of worn ball joints.
the creaking is c-arms.
go to tyrolsport, they'll take care of you...
