Could use a housemate in Santa Clara (near Sunnyvale) in June....
End of a charming court/cul-de-sac in very safe neighborhood. Close to 101 and 280 off of Lawrence Expressway, near El Camino.
It's a rental house with three bedrooms, one of which is available. An entire bathroom to oneself. A family room with fireplace just off the kitchen/dining area is also entirely available. Those areas would be unfurnished. Own phone line.
The living room can be shared, as can the kitchen. Big TV, big stereo. Washer, dryer. Some storage in garage and enclosed patio.
Gazebo and yard with fruit trees in back and side. Another lawn in front. Well insulated house with wall AC for the few days it's needed.
All the usual disclaimers: no smoking, no drugs, good references, ultra-responsible... all necessary. I'm a good communicator, tolerant, interesting conversationalist, into ALMS and sports cars, philosophy, audio and music (classical, jazz, some rock). Need relative quiet from 11-8, but a TV on moderate loudness works fine.
Contribution to rent is $900 plus 1/2 utilities, gardener, broadband, cable.
