Default NAAC- Winter Driving School - Q7 Drift.

Here is a video I took of Scott from Audi Dover drifting an Audi Q7. I have lots more but they need to be edited, will try to put one more tomorrow. On a low note, I was not able to get any footage of my Allroad drifting as my friends were sent to another group, so had no one to film. Let me know if you like it.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zV_ypQOXops

Default You must take into consideration

This was the very first time both went on the skid pad and the conditions were really bad, very polished ice and very little grip plus the very first run was to get familiar with the car and how to correct your skid. Many were first timers so their attitude changed by the 2nd and 3rd run on the skid pad. I may have a video of the same driver drifting. Scott on the other hand is a MAD MAN!!.

Default is the next driving school full?

looks like fun, though i am unimpressed by the Q7's moves ... snow in a parking lot, same thing.

Default Scott has also attended several winter schools and track events.

We in fact *discourage* beginning drivers from getting too much drifting going on on the skidpad. Why? Because you're not learning anything, and because if you don't have the basics down, we don't want to see you going crazy and getting into trouble that you don't yet know how to get out of.

It is a school, and the goal is to improve. Some people are just beginning the learning curve, while others have been doing it for quite a while.

There's a reason Mike Collier ran nearly 10 seconds faster on the time trial than anyone else, and it's "years and years of experience."

Default the February school is full. As for the skidpad...

The difference here is that you won't get harassed by cops, and you learn a lot more than just doing donuts.

My personal favorite part is the avoidance ('road') course.

No curbs on the skidpad either.
