I was very nervous about that too... before my surgery I could barely pick up my daughter!

Talk about breaking your heart. I've always played somewhat rough with her and when I could barely just pick her up to carry her downstairs or carry her to bed it really bothered me, and I think it bothered her a little too. Golf and lifting and everything else was second to that but it was also a big concern. I went from working out 6 days a week to not really being able to do anything.

luckily though the surgery went great. It's still not 100% and the surgery was almost a year ago but my Dr said it would take 2 years to heal fully. I'm at about 95% now, golfing and working out aren't a problem anymore and if I overdue it I just need to let it rest for a day or so and it's ok.
