Watching "cops" act like hypocritical idiots is about as unusual as sunshine in June.

I wouldn't be surprised if he had just been working a sobriety checkpoint.

RYAN SMITH ("GOLFRSI" or "BIADesigns") doesn't like being called a fraud, so, in an attempt at diplomacy, I am no longer calling him a fraud in this sig.

I don't like sending money to people who promise to perform a service and deliver a finished good....and then don't deliver it... and refuse to answer my emails about such promises, while still responding to other people's emails..... and stop responding to my phone calls, but keep answering for other people.... and continue refusing to refund money, despite not having delivered the original goods after several months... and still refuse to return my core.... the core which was completely un-noteworthy when he received it, but is suddenly damaged beyond repair three months later.... and which he claimed (three months later, of course) that he immediately threw out without taking any pictures.... and for which he substituted another core when he eventually posted pictures (years later) of what he claimed was my core. I also don't like when such people make false claims about emails I never sent, and make false claims about demands I never made.

In an effort to represent both sides of the story, I would like to say that Ryan believes, with every ounce of his being, that everything I said up above is completely, 100% false.

Ryan did, eventually, refund my money, but he never returned my core. Thus, the picture below.

    Caveat emptor.
