Default Oh, I'm not arguing the legality of it. I don't know the laws that might or might not
apply. But I'd like to think that people recognize what's right vs. wrong, appropriate vs. inappropriate, etc. and use that to guide their behavior. In this case, I think a warning would ahve sufficed, regardless of what the law actually may or may not say.

Default Not that I should be proud of this, but I was cited a few years ago for this
My dad's friend, a retired MSP, actually knew the BPD officer's brother and they told me not to cut through DD. =)

I didn't knew it was illegal. I just wish the officer didn't yell. He scared the crap out of my mom.
