Default your experience is encouraging, I'm 11 weeks post ACL repair and can't even imagine skiing anytime..

soon. Rehab has been progressing steadily, but I want to get back in the weight room soon, sick of lunges! Dr told me 6-9 months before I can ski again, so I'm not taking any chances and I'm waiting until next season.

Default $82 for a DAY PASS?!?!?!?!? I mean really! That's highway robbery.

I remember when a day pass at Killington was like $30, and when they had "Vermonter days" when it was FREE. FREE! And it was the same crappy ice snow they still make! Sure, they didn't have the K1 with the fancy paint jobs back then, but pretty much everything else was the same.

And, you were in Killington, and didn't call? I live 20 minutes from there! =)

Default Part of that is due to the fact that there were two holiday weeks this year

There were also some weather events which prevented or discouraged people from making the drive.

That said, the people I've spoken to have said Xmas week numbers were down as much as 40% over last year.

Default Welcome to POWDR.

High day ticket prices encourage multiday stays.

Besides, even with 1.1MM skier visits two seasons ago, ktown's balance sheets were looking pretty grim.

Default Multiday stays? I can see Killington from the top of my hill.. Why should I stay there?

It's ridiculous. For $80 a day, I'd expect something NEW, not the same old crap...
