Mattie Audi in Fall River is terrible.
I had an issue with my moms audi and her rear view mirror was falling off.. I brought it up this afternoon just in case someone there could maybe snap it back in. After they fiddled with it in the parking lot with no resolution they simply walked away. I decided to try it again myself with more force (I thought I was going to break something) and it snapped back in. Mind you, there were three salesman, service there closes at noon.
Also, a salesman recognized me from when I was car shopping a year ago and asked why I never ordered my car from him. I explained I wanted a car quickly and Inskip could get it much quicker (I was from what I know the first to get an S5 in the country) so I made a good choice. He then went on to tell me that Audi is discontinuing production if the S5 and they cannot be ordered anymore. This clearly is not the case, since people are still ordering them. Although, there is an estimated 9 month wait. Is it possible a dealership simply doesn't get allocations for some models? Also, they have had a new 2007 RS4 in Imola yellow on their lot for at least 6 months. They also have a new S4 and S6.
In conclusion, don't go to mattie if you want to hear any valid information. Everytime I have been there for service or sales its been a sad show. Unfortunately its the closest Audi dealer to where I grew up and visit my family.

I've only used them for VW parts, as they're only minutes from my office.
Sorry to hear about your bad experience. And in my experience w/dealerships, I usually do the teaching to the sales reps, when test driving various makes/models. The reps tend not to be as brand knowledgeable as one might think they should.
My favorite was one rep at a Saturn dealership tell me "Oh, yeah, just wait 'til you feel the Quattro kick-in", while I was test driving an '04 S4 one afternoon. I seriously wanted to pull over and let him out immediately.
