Follow up on my wheels and Klaus Automotive, Hudson, NH
So nearly 2 weeks ago I posted looking for advice thanx- my summer wheels were stored at Klause which went out of business. Thanks to readers I managed to contact Peter Blaser and he admitted that they had ~60 wheels on site still and he is looking for owners!! But...every other call I have placed he has not answered(last 2 weeks) and I am starting to get worried as I seem not much closer to getting my wheels on :-( Thoughts?

Re: why so many phone calls?
bagodoosh- I have been trying to do this for 2 weeks straight. Just arrange a time to pick them up-no answer to my pleas!. I have to travel from Boston so it is not as if I can pop out of work. All I want is my wheels back. He told me on the initial call that I needed to contact the other owner- so I am waiting for the contact info for Leon- who is also the owner of the lot I believe!

they could just be preoccupied and horrible at being organized
i could be gullible here, but i get the impression that they are awful at prioritizing and organizing, rather than intentionally trying to cheat you.
it's easy to put things off, and that may be what's happening here.
i suggest when you do get someone on the phone, encourage them to solve the problem by asking them questions. they may just be avoiding the whole issue because so many little issues have added up that now it seems overbearing. so tackling the little stuff one at a time may just be enough encouragement/push for them to do something about it, and if you question them, it just may make them think enough to get the ball rolling. and anything that needs to be done, offer to do it yourself, just ask them how.

Re: they could just be preoccupied and horrible at being organized
Hi bagodoosh,
Well, I made contact again and Peter was very nice. Looks like I can get my wheels. There are others out there now who have wheels in storage and do not know that the place is shut down (If they ever search here, they will find my ranting and happy to assist) no phone line etc with all the employees elsewhere.
