Anyone looking to sell a GLS Golf?
My girlfriend is in the market... definitely sub $5K... and manual transmission. A long shot anyone here is looking to sell, but would rather buy from an local enthusiasm, instead of the craigslist goons.
Or, if there is a vw local forum I should know about... I'd be much obliged.

Well thanks for the links... we found one. Now the real challange - is finding good DIY write-ups. I think I am spoiled on audi forums...
I found a thread of DIY's for the MK4 Golf 2.0, but it was lacking....
trying to figure out how to do the valve gasket (probably obvious), coolant flange, and tie rods... would appreciate any help if there is a "gem" forum ive missed...
