Default Looking good, your jacket looks like my Aplinestar Stunt jacket

I really like it, fits me great.

Did you get your boots yet? How do they fit?

As for the Drystar jacket and pants, i have Tourmaster pants and jacket that i wear in the winter/ cold. Mine seems to be very durable and warm with zip out liners in the jacket and pants. I've ridden when it's been as cold as 20F with gym shorts on under the pants, and a thin sweater on under the jacket and liner. The jacket is 3/4 length like the drystar and it zips into the pants in the back. Best of all, the pants and the jacket can be had for about the price of the alpinestar jacket. Just worth a thought. I have the Transition jacket (the new version is the transition 2) and Caliber pants.

Also, another thing to consider:
If you are going to be riding when it's cold out, get a thin balaclava, it'll keep the wind off of your neck, makes it much nicer to ride.

Default I had those shorty A* gloves. They suck. Lasted 1 summer before they started

ripping apart. So much of the glove is cloth based that it starts shredding...and that's not even due to falling, just wear-and-tear. I now use the full leather version to putt around town and it's held up way better.

Default Hmmm I didn't really plan on getting them. Canada is never that hot. My first choice are the SP-1

which I bought, but I got the others sort of thrown in.

Default I have the FFR, I like it other than it is noisy and drafty even compared to my cheapo HJC.

It also fits a bit on the lose side based on KBCs recommended sizing chart.

I have matte black with mirror shield, because my bike has a mirrored windscreen and flat black lower panels. FYI, that shield is useless at night! I change out to the clear if I know I will be out much after dark so I can see..

The helmet is less than one year old, but it's time for a whole new gear setup otherwise. I am probably going to stick to the black (and possibly silver) scheme to match my R6.

if you want a shorty glove alongside the SP-1, take a look at RS Taichi.
