great thread on adventure rider... been reading it since last night.
well written and loads of excellent photos. i suggested letting an entire page load at once, then about halfway through the page you'll notice missing images because of a server timeout. from there out just click on the individual post (i'm in the 50s now) to get the full experience.<ul><li><a href="http://www.advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=188980">very, very cool ride. all over the western US, alaska and canada.</a></li></ul>

after reading that post and riding the 1150gs(similar) its swaying me about buying a sport bike and
getting a on/off 1100cc or higher bike.
Im not sure yet though i never really had alot of seat time on a sport bike except on the track and thats diff then street
