it's basically first come first serve. Duf was asking for it also, but i told him about the rule. I have to do this cuz i need to get rid of the car ASAP.

As far as I knew, you had no other interested buyers for the turbo kit. This information was not relayed to me in our conversation last night. We ended the conversation with me understanding that I could obtain another ECU to get chipped ASAP and do the turbo swap this weekend. Shall I post the AIM log of the conversation??
Sure, it is somewhat difficult to locate a used stock ECU. How do you know I wasn't about to go to the dealer to purchase a new one to overnight tomorrow?
You have terrible ethics as a seller. You need to make yourself more clear in the future as to your intentions of a quick sale.

It's not like he was obligated to sell to you.
You may call it "terrible ethics" but I don't see any signed contract being waved around. Perhaps you thought you had an agreement - fine. But if something came up that fit better into a tight schedule, it's his prerogative to sell his possessions as he sees fit.

yea i was thinking about that earlier...
everything should be pretty simple...everything's a direct swap. FMIC, turbo, CO, etc, etc.
I'm gonna take the EBC, boost gauge, and sway bar off. Those are easy.

I don't know what to say...
well...jeff's a good friend of mine. He currently has turbo problems and he offered to get the FMIC off my hands also. Also, with the whole Jersey crew helping me out with the demodding, it's just easier for me to have jeff to take the kit. He helped me with my car for the past few years and i'm just doing him a favor.
I know you are pissed off about it. Saw your rant post. =(
