We've searched high and low but surely we may have overlooked some good properties out there. Most of the time after we end up with something good, reviews make it sound so-so. Why is it so difficult to find a good property in Columbia?!?!

If you have any recommendations, please share. We are looking for a 1 BDRM w/den or 2 BDRM, that is safe with a nice location. Verizon FiOS is a plus and ability to hook up a Dish would be nice but not a deal breaker.

I am a Columbia novice so I honestly don't know the area well. Closer I get to the Mall, prices shoot up through the roof or apartments are small, and at the same time reviews trash the place. :-O<ul><li><a href="http://www.thegreensatcolumbia.com/files/AreaMap.pdf">What's the area like around The Greens?</a></li></ul>
