exactly. 67 in a 65 is not speeding. And it certainly doesn't require a lawyer
If an officer, did in fact, give her a ticket for 67 in a 65, tell her to simply walk in to court laughing and ask the judge if he believes the nerve of the silly officer. The two will share a laugh at the officer's expense and she'll be on her way.
