Default Heh...watching the 2008 VW Jetta TDI Cup season recap on the Speed Channel right now.

Thought it was cool to see the Induktion stickers on the car and on Shim's helmet. Too bad he wrecked and ended his season.

Default The VIR sesson was a crash fest....very interesting.

They also showed one on two wheels going around Oak Tree.

It was a bit but not as much as the spin/crash fest at NJMP in the rain.

Default A really well produced show. They really did pick some interesting drivers. Unfortunately,...

... it seems that the only clear path to racing success is to give up EVERYTHING ELSE in your life. You end up with some guys who do not have a lot of depth or character (e.g. Formula 1). The guy who won was not exactly Paul Newman.

Default I got to watch it yesterday too. I'm surprised VW doesn't provide more $ per driver, or find each a

big sponsor like that show SetUp.
