Default I had both and dropped FIOS for the tv piece. Still have it for internet.

The interface wasn't as good and they didn't have all of the foxsports channels, only 3 regions + local.

Default do a triple play over the phone. and tell them that you'd still be paying more than Comast.

they'll lower it until you're not. make up a number for even more savings

I even got a $100 gift applied instead of some lame "prize" they were trying to give away for signing up. and, the techs wired up my garage for free (for coffee while a cold, rainy day).

svckers. Verizon will do anything to take customers away from Comcast and other providers. take advantage of it, imo.

Default I couldn't believe the attitude that I got from their last-chance guy who was trying to win us back

after disconnecting Comcast and getting the Verizon FiOS.

And, every freakin' time the tv picture flickered or sound cut in & out, the CSR's response was just to unplug it and wait, plug it back in, and the magic will happen to fix it... that never happened. What's the point of OnDemand movies when you can't even watch them?
