Default Baltimore BT: Any of you guys know a good traffic lawyer? I think I need a lawyer for this ticket

91 in a 60.

No reckless driving ticket, and this is my first speeding ticket in 6 years (and I have no points on my license).

I'm hoping to try to get some leniency on the points given my driving record. Can you guys recommend anyone?

Default Does MD have the "plus point" system?

...Because if so, you should have some plus points already built up, and it should be a wash.

Default Baltimore County right? Howard Co has a "guilty with an explanation" plea...

giving you 2 choices. 1-Go to court or 2-plead guilty with an explanation and tell it to the judge. I was amazed when I did 2 about 18 months ago. I swear that if you had a clean record and didn't kill anyone you got PBJ with a reduced fine. Now, the worst offense was maybe 25mph over, with the most common offense about 15-20 over. I was more than 10 over, but in a school zone with flashing lights (I swear they weren't on) so an effective more than 20 over with double fines. Got PBJ with reduced fine. YMMV so a lawyer may be good to talk to.

Default You need a radar detector "lead foot" ;-) ....

if it were laser it probably wouldn't have mattered unless you had a jammer.
