Default search the B5 forum... or possibly the wheel and tire forum...

or it might be in your manual for all I know... lol.

I read it on the B5 forum, but for the life of me cant remember when.

I want to say the 2% difference is in relation depth of tread, so that would be diameter.

Default Mine were from the original wheels

Has about 15K miles..give or take. The model is Dunlop SP Sport 01 (Ultra High Performance Summer) & they retail for $197 @ TireRack. However, since they're used, I'll have to think about price. I want to be fair so let's wait until I post some pix. BTW, I'm located in Vienna.

Default I'm a dumbarse!

what was I thinking on my previous posts this morning? circumference is NOT the squared of diameter! Area, is the one that is related to squared of diameter(radius). Doh! It's freak'n high school math...!

Only after a few margaritas do I see/realize this mistake... maybe I need to keep some @ work.

<going over to sit on the stool by the corner, and revoking my degrees for a few days>

Default TireRack told me 2/32" difference is OK. new tires usually are 10/32 so measure the old ones.

Interesting that the link you posted has them saying 4/32" ...
