Interesting to find your question as I am again revisiting this issue. I use a ball hitch with what I think is a 2” rise, and it’s not enough as my Rpod definitely droops the back end of the car. (I #hould have bought the air suspension! ). It’s usable, but the cruis3 control and lane keeping functions don’t work when towing? I also assume having the car nose pointed up reduces fuel economy.

im going to look for a 3-4” inch rise and see if not having a full fresh water tank makes a difference. Let me know any solutions you discover. Steve
