Hi All, My Audi A5 convertible 1984 cc driver side door will not open with fob key but can lock with one touch with the fob key.It can open and close the passenger door. Can any one help with this malfunction please, Thank you

I have an audi A5 convertible S line, 2009, 1984 CC.

Initially when this vehicle was bought, these apps/ softwares such as telephone, Bluetooth and sat nav were not installed, but I can see there is a button for telephome and so on.

Has any one have an idea how I can proceed to install these products via a private vendour or can advise me on way (s) how I can go about this please.

I live in the UK south east London.
