Thanks, decided to not use those flaps. Bought some simple flat stuff from auto store that covered much better. It's anchored on two of the Audi attachments in the wheel well and a third just on the fabric of wheel well. Cost was 11 bucks and an hour of my time to make template. Like the flush look. Looks better from the rear too. Time will tell.

I remember you from old days on the BMW 1150 forums! That was back when I could still ride. Unfortunately can't now, pisses me off to no end! Son now rides a 1200 gsa all over the place. Anyway....waiting for my 2017 3t Sline to arrive, maybe today!

Bought the same mud flaps that you used and have a question about the install. What did you do with the little tab at the top of the front ones? Is it screwed into fender liner or just slipped under? No instructions came with the package, was wondering what you did. Lotsa snow here want good solid mounting. Any advice you can give would be appreciated.

If you haven't figured it out yet, "deckardk" or whatever his/her screen name is apparently of the opinion that anyone who doesn't share HIS opinion is a troll. "rbradleysb" isn't much better. That crap (obviously) isn't tolerated around here, and I'm only sorry that the mods deleted your posts (which didn't deserve deleting) along with his (which did).
