Sorry for messaging you again this is regarding transmission problems with Q5 (rough downshifting). I would like to know if you have any tips for dealing with AoA corporate? I emailed them about my issue and they keep passing me to a different person. The issue I'm having is not inhibiting my ability to drive the car it's just annoying specially since its a brand new car. I am also afraid that it will damage the transmission in a long run. Do you think I should ask for extends warranty just in case or push for a replacement? I know your transmission issues were much more severe but how much trouble did you have to go through to get a replacement?
