    Good Afternoon Frank,

I was wondering if I could ask you for some advice.
I picked up a 2012 Q7 about 2 years ago, and the seats have been causing me terrible back pain whenever I drive the vehicle.
I took it back to the dealership several times, they replaced the seat cushion and seat back, but the issue persists.
You mentioned in a 2014 post that you found a 'customer interior car place' that you would use to make adjustments to the seat in your wife's car because she suffered from back pain. I was wondering if/how that went.

I'm in Toronto (GTA) and haven't been able to find a reputable shop that could fix these seats for me.
Would you be able to direct me to a place that would be able to help out.

Thanks in advance for your help,
    Martin

Sorry, Larry. I just found this message.

Yes, the cable does work on a 2012 A7.

Hi fkaufman - forgive me for not knowing your first name. I was wondering if you could answer a question for me since you seem to be one of the most active members on the Audiworld forum. Before I invest the $349, do you know for a fact if the Ross Tech VCDS cable works on the 2012 A7? I would like to modify a few items such as the trunk close with remote, needle sweep, etc. but I wanted to be sure it works before dropping the $$.

I have a 2012 A7 Prestige in Daytona Grey with the Innovation and 20" tire options.

    Thanks for your help.
