Apologize for late response, I dont get on this site as much as I used to. Assuming you probably bought tires already, but will answer as best as I can. There is a "rim protector" on the tires but it is nothing to write home about. It doesnt stick out enough to really do much to protect the wheels. Hope that helps somewhat.
