Just keep pushing on AoA - my contact there got promoted and no longer takes cases or calls. However, just get a good rep (you can get one by calling in or by doing a contact form through their site) and just keep pushing on them. It takes them a long time, but in the end, you should be able to reach a resolution. Be prepared to answer what you're looking for in terms of a resolution btw - it's kind of on you to suggest how you want it resolved and then they try to get it approved.
