Im down in the South East, so don't know anywhere in your area, sorry.
Most independent exhaust shops will look after you. I had mine done at a PowerFlow franchise so its worth having a look there. They have branches across the UK

UK based running a 2016MY S7 with a few modifications:
Roc-Euro air intake.
Custom exhaust - front resonators deleted, centre box replaced with X-Pipe, hi-flo rear boxes and quad carbon tailpipes.
