My wheels are 18 inch. I can with pleasure send you a pic from the side to show the wheels off. The tyres are quite high profile so they fill the wheel arch nicely.

This combo is more practical than 19 or 20 inch rims if you plan to leave the tar road once in a while. I don't do anything more then the occasional trip to the Kruger National Park where sand roads are fairly good condition and the Q5 handles these almost as if I was on smooth tar. I'm sure you are going to love this car.
