Hi if the motor had water in it, first check the connector plug connections for possible water contamination, causing the motor to keep running.

Hi there I'm having probs with rear wiper A3 2005. Firstly it stopped working so I removed motor took it apart full of water. Cleaned and oiled mechanism worked great until now. Won't stop working so I've removed plug from the motor. Is the intermittent wipe controlled by the relay or is there a constant feed and the motor assembly controls the intermittent wipe? I don't wanna buy a new motor if it's a faulty relay or supply. Cheers for any help
