Default HKS SSQV bov not opening any thoughts? (2.8 na to turbo conversion)

http://www.cardomain.com/ride/780860
I have done a NA to Turbo conversion and my bov wont open, I have looked all over the net, but no luck as to a solution. right now its hooked up to my vacume line that goes to my fuel pressure regulator, here is what i think is happening correct me if im wrong: under full throttle there is high boost, this boost inadvertently pressurizes the vac resivoir and when i let off the throttle quickly, the boost keeps the bov from opening and I get HUGE commpressor surge that sounds like a rattle snake and then the motor wants to die on quick deceleration. The ssqv does not have a spring adjustment on it. asv4k8@mizzou.edu

http://www.cardomain.com/ride/780860</a

Default there should be two vaccum lines to the trottlebody...

try pulling vaccum from there...t-tap as close to the tb as you can.

Default Re: any luck tapping closer to the TB?

here's some thing else i was thinking...are you using check valves to bleed boost from the FRP? also are you getting any backfires or stumbling on deceleration? I'd use a one-way check valve so when idling you're pulling vacuum, but the minute there's boost the check valve bleeds it from the FPR and the car thinks it's in a low-vacumm state and increases the fuel pressure, Once the throttle plate is closed it should create an instant vacuum...returning the check valve to working order. opening your BOV and dropping fuel pressure.

https://forums.audiworld.com/s4/msgs/1784924.phtml</a

Default are you still getting the comp surge?

i've been checking back periodically to see if you've solved it.
