Is there a problem with me deleting posts that have my personal information, or embedded links to images that no longer exist? you guys (by that I mean IB, not you specifically Kris or JET) have refused to delete my personal information, therefore I would like the opportunity to do it myself. I know about the "cooling off period", but it's been a week since I requested this and I haven't changed my position.

Since I have yet to get my mind around the actual problem (why people can't edit anything older than a day), can you send me links to specific problem posts? I'll do my best to get rid of the problem posts.

Default On other forums, the edit window is very small.

A whole day is a long time by comparison.

I would be happy to send you the links, but when I try to "Find all posts by Bob W.", it only goes back to 2/13/2009. And yes, I have "show all threads" selected in my options.

24,000+ posts since 2/13/2009, pretty impressive eh?

Default The link to exteriors in my sig is an example

I made one error entering the BB Code (cos I am noob) but now I cannot edit out the "]" that is extra and spoils link.
As new colors or trims come along I would like to be able to edit the posts in that thread please.
I have no intention of deleting it or anything so immature.
It would appear right now the only way to edit is repeat the whole thread with the fix or update and then modify my sig links to the new one.

puzzled smilie.
