Who controls the Stickies?

To answer your question - anyone who has moderator powers within a forum can control the stickies.
This is:
Moderators of a specific forum
Super Moderators (these are moderators with moderator capacity over all of the forums on the site)
Administrators

Yes Kris I do.
My "READ this before posting" post in the 1.8T forum.
It will make it a lot easier for users to get answers.
There were only a few others that actually helped in the forum before the vB and they are now gone.
