Since the classifieds are unmoderated, can a banner be put at the top of every page with a warning?

For the past three years Matt LeBouef has been scamming people using the AW classifieds. The angry victims all end up either IMing or emailing me to get his contact info. At last count, the number of victims who have contacted me was 26. I got another one today which makes 27.

Because you clearly have no intent to monitor the classifieds section, can you at least put a banner on every page with a warning to NOT buy from this jackass?

You do realize that because you have been aware of this guy ripping people off for the last three years and have done nothing to solve that little issue, you are technically liable for what happens, right?

We do monitor the classifieds section daily and actively delete suspicious ads. The classifieds have been running for just over a year now and AudiWorld is not alone with this problem, as Matt and his aliases have hit all the popular Audi sites. We have offered our assistance to law enforcement multiple times and keep that offer open. I will add text to each page to recommend people do not use Western Union for payment and recommend an escrow service when dealing with unknown sellers/buyers. If there is something else you think we should do, we are always open to new ideas.
