I totally forgot about that until you mentioned it. I don't think I used it for long.

Not on a joy ride, but by a tech...

I forget who it was who had theirs totaled by a tech going 100 down the freeway...

Mine was much more boring. Car was in for some sunroof repairs and general tuneup, tech had it for a drive to make sure everything was good, and on his way back to the dealership. While stopped on the street waiting to turn left into the parking lot, he gets rearended by some lady going 35...

It was OK...

My S4 was already on order at the time, and I had a loaner A6 2.7T for a while, and then an A4 rental paid for by my insurance for another month until it was officially declared totalled, and then had a Jetta rental for the final few weeks til my S4 arrived... I definitely got paid more from insurance than I would have made trading it in, so big win that way.
