Default help!

Ok so I parked my car at my friends house for a weekend. It started raining, so my friends dad put a tarp over the car, since I had left the sunroof in the raised position (on purpose, hardly any rain gets in there and its better than your car baking in the hot sun).

The wet tarp left marks on my paint that don't wash out. I need a light non-abrasive polish to take out the marks. Any suggestions?

Default 3M IHG mixed with P21S Multi Surface Finish Restorer...

Mix a dolop (about a pinky nail's worth) of the Surface restorer (comes in a tube) with some IHG on a foam applicator. Work it in circles with moderate pressure. Buff out. If it's still there, repeat again (do this twice max, if it doesn't work, read on). Follow up with one or two times straight IHG using a fresh applicator, one time P21S Gloss Enhancing Paintwork Cleanser polish, and then a coat of One Grand Blitz Wax.

If it is still not out, then repeat again at one week intervals as the fillers in the IHG will "set up" and it will improve over time. I do this with etchings caused by bird droppings. After about 4 or 5 weeks, they're gone.

Default P21s paintwork cleanser or Meguiar #9

if you need something stronger, try a paint cleanser like Meguiars or even scratch-X
