They are better than stock when it comes to fade resistance, but they aren't the most aggressive of pads. That said - they might suit your driving style.

As Irfan writes below, consider a pad rotor combo.

FWIW, I like HT-10's but I LOVE DTC-70's. I am not sure if these are available in stock caliper fitment though...
