Sold the S4. :( Didn't really have much use for it recently and it was sitting in storage for
some time now. Since Janica has been driving the Cayman more and more and the M3 is being modified for track use, it was just sitting and depreciating.
That said, I still wasn't prepared to sell it but another customer where I store it at saw it and wanted it. Car was still under factory warranty and aside from some, ahem, mild track days, was in perfect shape. From what I understand he's not a track guy but he insisted on the brakes, suspension, exhaust, swaybar, etc.... staying on the car. I offered to put it back to stock figuring I could find a few of you guys that would be interested but he wanted it exactly as it stood.
So for now, I'm Audiless, but that might change soon enough as Janica doesn't like driving the truck in the winter and prefers something a little smaller and more nimble. I think I can convince her to drive it so it's a battle of wills! I wouldn't mind finding a nice used allroad but I'm not so sure I'm prepared for the headache of the air ride suspension failing or the 2.7TT. Might look for a 4.2. Even an S6 Avant would be cool.
Here I go again.
