Aftermarket OE parts....not dealer parts....so different from Claire parts...
If you order a tie rod, you'll get the right one but made by Febi Bilstein, in their packaging, not in the dealer box/packaging. A lot cheaper than dealer prices. Some misc. parts may not be available but for regular maintenance/repair items, it's a great source. his customer service is absolutely the best.
For dealer-only parts, I go to www.genuineaudiparts.com, which is a dealer in San Diego, but you get dealer cost+15% pricing which is a lot cheaper than delaer retail or even cheaper than dealer retail w/ACNA discount.

The thing that will drive you nutz is once she figures something out (like a sleeping pattern), it all changes.
