it passed PPI, we agreed on a price, but there's one potential hitch
the previous owner may have been a smoker. :-\ But as long as it doesn't stink too bad on the inside, it's ours. *fingers crossed*

nice! that smoke smell comes out...
bought a 93 subaru wagon from an owner who has smoked in it for 13 years and gave it to my sis as a grad present and she managed to get the stank out in less than a week.

but I've seen a box of baking soda, a bottle of febreeze, box of bounce dryer sheets, and a can of foamy upholstery cleaner lying around... in fact there's still a few dryer sheets floating around in the cargo area.
whatever she did, it worked great because I can't even smell a trace of cigarette smoke from the ventilation system anymore.

we used an ozone machine at the dealship I worked at. let it run overnight.
I don't know if dealerships still use this or if you can find it at detailing shops.<ul><li><a href="http://www.jenesco.com/">Ozone 411</a></li></ul>

dryer sheets work great.......had a "company" car and the guy before me smoked cheap cigars.........
i placed a few under the front seats and it worked wonders.....no febreeze back then.....
