Although I can't say I ever ordered any Audi parts there, Rock Auto has been stellar for
parts for the other cars I've owned. It's a slightly odd website, but they typically give you several choices of manufacturer and price-point for the common items. Fast service, good follow-through. even a decent system for retuning items for a core charge.
TONS of parts for domestic cars - if you do check it out, let me know how it is for Audi stuff.
Marko has had good luck with Blau and sometimes ECS does a good job on SIMPLE stuff - I've had good luck with them (although I know others haven't).

Rock Auto
