Q: What year did Audi have Tip controls on the A4 steering wheels in Canada?

Default Q: What year did Audi have Tip controls on the A4 steering wheels in Canada?
I have seen a 98 A4 with the sport package and it didn't seem to have them, yet have read that it was apparently part of the sport package in a US review. Is that U.S model only? 99 A4 Sport models should have the tiptronic controls on the 3 spoke wheel correct?

I don't believe any pre 2004 Canadian models have it..

2002 A4 3.0 Avant non-sports came with 3 spoke and tip buttons

01 with the 3 spoke sport wheel has them.
