Default A timely threadjack - I'm looking to buy a condo in downtown T.O., any hookups?

Needs to be in close proximity to the downtown hospitals.

Thanks
Aman

Seems like all they got downtown now are condos. Can't be that hard to find a deal.

Hopefully. Just started shopping. If I could find someone specializing in downtown I'd be happy.

You might want to wait till the prices bottom out.

Default What size, what location, how soon do you need it?

Probably a good time to get in a a new development that isn't selling so well.

Default Well I think College park would be ideal (Bay/College), 1 bedroom, and I start July 1st....

not to say I couldn't rent a place for a bit until I found the right condo, or it was completed or whatever.

It's tough to figure out which developments are unsold, completion dates, etc. Still cruising around online.

Thanks !
Aman
