I hear my pump, but the headlight washers aren't popping up... any ideas???

Default Was your front bumper ever painted ?

Can you "jimmy" the nozzles side to side ?

Default it is the pump... not generating enough pressure...

i had this problem - simple solution - replace pump...

Default If you let the system run dry, occationally the pump won't make enough pressure to push the air our

when you fill back up.

Kinda have to prime the system by pulling the washers up.

This is of course after checking for leaks, etc, etc.

You also have -30 washer fluid in side, yes? (not water, or summer fluid)
