I have not received a formal reply
but I did email Allan and he confirmed that I am set to go.
I believe that you will also be OK. My guess is that there are not enough helpers to get through all the admin.

Have sent money to the proper authorities please send me your names and I will forward them to Alan Bellavance.
This way we will cut through the red tape a little faster to get your confirmation to the event.
Alan as been on the road 5 days at the Glen (two events) and some vacation time so he is busy. Wendy told me they have a stack of registration to go through so I'm pretty sure you are all in that stack.
In any case like I said if you e mail me your names I will talk to Alan and see if your are in the stack/list.

Letter sent with cheque on 18th July, cheque cashed Sept 4th.
NEQ & Bellavance organized events are very professional (from the tracks you've attended you probably know this) so I am not concerned (but I was worried that my letter had gone astray).
