FYI... OE hood weight.
Finally got to remove my B6 A4's OE hood and weigh it.
According to my digital scale it weighs give or take a pound, 40 lbs.
My CF hood from EuroGear weighs in at only 16 lbs so a good weight savings of 24 lbs all of it at the right location on the car.
The car's diet is still going on. Can't wait to see how much it weighs when I'm done.

Most likely the scales to balance out the car by installing certain accessories...
Then possibly the dyno to make sure everything is OK with the new software and possible tweaking and then the track.
