Everything ok but...
The report charges me for mags and summer tires as the car is currently on steelies and winter. This is not a problem as they are in good conditions and will be returned with the car.
The bad part... He broke the pasanger wiper while de-icing them and he did not own up to breaking it. I know he did it as they were not broken this morning when I parked the car in the parking lot and I've broken them by de-icing them before.
What are the chances you can provide me with just the plastic clip that holds the wiper on the arm Alex? Last time I had this done under warranty, they had to replace the whole wiper arm and I know this will cost me an arm and a leg!

It's the top one but without the wind deflector.

It's the plastic piece that goes at the end of the arm that clips to the wiper blade. Passenger side.
