Broken or leaking vac hoses can cause a host of differing DTC's. It took about 6ft of 3mm german cloth braided vac hose to do the families 00 30v. You might consider ordering a few feet, and just start replacing. The fuel injector seals(upper and lower) are also a place to look for leaks(compression and vacuum).
