    One good thing about independent garages (or at least it used to be), you could waltz in and have your preffered bits installed rather than OE.
    We all know that OE parts sometimes are not the best for the job.

    Can't see a good enough reason to charge a different rate (read:higher?) if a customer wanted the shop to install non-OE (or the shop's supplied) bits.

    Am I missing something?
